Kindergarten Parts of a Flower
Unit Theme of the week is about flower so we make flower out from banana stalk and with their Hand Prints. Banana Stalk Painting and Hand Painting was really fun they really love it.
You'll need:
1. Banana Stalks ( you can also use celery stalks or slice okra )
2. Water colors
Here are some brave kids who inumerated in class the parts of the flower, namely petals, seed, stem, leaf and roots.
We also observe how plants grow. Each of them plant monggo seed into their glass with soil and record the grow of the seed.

"How a seed a seed Grows (Let's-Read-and-Find-Out Science 1)" by Helene J. Jordan
The next day we made flower hand stamps.
